Privacy Policy
All Document Reader – AI Office (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our") values and respects your privacy. To provide you with more stable, convenient, and personalized services, we may collect, use, store, share, and protect your relevant information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This policy outlines how we handle your information and the rights you possess.
We are committed to protecting the security of your personal information. To provide app functionality, service support, and security, as well as to continuously improve your experience, we may need to collect and process your personal data.
We comply with applicable laws and regulations, such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy explains the types of information we collect, how we use it, circumstances under which we share it, your choices, and the security measures we implement.
1.What user data do we collect
Subject to your active authorization, submission, or normal use of the service, we collect data in two categories. All data is collected strictly based on legitimacy and necessity; we do not collect information beyond what is required.
1.1 Identity data that can identify you personally (Personal Information)
This type of information can identify you, either on its own or when combined with other data. The collection scenarios and scope are as follows:
Usage behavior records: Times you log in to the service, duration of individual sessions, page click paths, records of feature usage, and interaction logs;
Geolocation data: Collected only after you manually grant location permissions; used for localized features and recommendations. We do not access location data without your authorization;
Information you voluntarily submit: All text, screenshots, and other content you fill in or upload when providing feedback to customer service, submitting complaints or suggestions, making online inquiries, or communicating via messages.
1.2 Anonymized data that cannot be linked to a specific natural person (Non-personal Information)
This type of data has been stripped of personally identifiable information and cannot be traced back to an individual user. It is used solely for aggregate product data analysis and includes:
Basic technical parameters of the device, such as hardware model, mobile system version, generic device identifiers, mobile carrier network parameters, lists of installed applications, and network connection types. 1.3 Technical auxiliary data required for service operation
To ensure the stable operation of the App, troubleshoot issues, and monitor product performance, the system automatically collects basic technical parameters. The scope of collection depends on the permissions you grant, your custom privacy settings, and the functional modules you use. Specifically, this includes:
Third-party SDK versions, browser identifiers, network service providers, IP addresses, device operation timestamps, unique App identifiers, installation channels, advertising identifiers (iOS IDFA / Android Advertising ID), device hardware addresses, mobile device identifiers, device manufacturers, system versions, session start/end times, system language, time zones, Wi-Fi/mobile network status, device hardware load (storage, processor, battery consumption data), etc.
2.Scope of compliant data usage
We use the collected data solely for the legitimate scenarios listed below and will never use user information in ways that deviate from the agreed scope.
2.1 Core purposes of data usage
Pushing commercial promotions and event advertisements that are better tailored to your usage habits;
Analyzing aggregate user behavior to identify product shortcomings, iteratively optimizing features and the user experience, and providing personalized services based on region, language, and usage preferences;
Ensuring the stable operation and continuous maintenance/updates of existing services, while leveraging data analysis to develop new products and features;
Measuring the exposure and conversion effectiveness of advertisements and marketing campaigns to optimize overall promotional strategies.
2.2 Data processing rules for User-Generated Content (UGC)
If you publish or upload materials such as images, text, or assets classified as "User-Generated Content" within the service, we and our group affiliates will strictly adhere to the provisions regarding original content in the User Service Agreement and conduct data processing in full compliance with this Privacy Policy.
2.3 Entrusted data processing via external partnerships
To enhance product capabilities and optimize the service experience, we may entrust compliant third-party service providers to process certain user data on our behalf (e.g., professional data analytics agencies assisting in the analysis of product usage data).
All partner service providers are required to sign data confidentiality agreements and strictly adhere to our data security control standards; they are prohibited from retaining, reusing, or disclosing user information without authorization, and any data processing activities exceeding the scope of the entrustment are strictly forbidden.
2.4 Legal Basis for Data Processing
We process your personal information based on at least one of the following legal grounds:
Performance of a contract: To fulfill service agreements between you and us, provide the functions you have requested, and verify your identity;
Compliance with legal obligations: To meet mandatory disclosure requirements, such as those related to national taxation, accounting, and investigations by public security, procuratorial, or judicial authorities;
Legitimate business interests: To maintain the service relationship between us and users, ensure platform operational security, and send product updates and service notifications;
User's explicit consent: For scenarios such as reading cookies or sharing information with third parties for advertising purposes, processing occurs only after you have actively opted in.
If you refuse to provide core data essential for service operation, some or all functions may not work properly.
2.5 Cross-border Data Transfer
Due to our global business operations, your personal data may be transferred to regions outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including operational regions such as Mainland China and Singapore.
Before any cross-border transfer, we implement robust data protection mechanisms and sign standard data protection contracts with overseas recipients, binding them to confidentiality and secure storage obligations; you may request a full copy of the standard contract via the customer service email listed at the end of this policy.
2.6 Your Statutory Rights as a Data Subject
Subject to applicable local laws and regulations, you may exercise the following rights at any time:
Restrict or object to our processing of your personal information;
Request access to, correction of, or deletion of all personal data we hold about you;
Request the transfer of your personal information to another service provider;
Withdraw your authorization at any time if the data processing is based on your consent.
Note: Withdrawal of consent applies only to future processing; data processing activities completed based on your authorization prior to the withdrawal remain legally valid.
Email for rights-related requests: [email protected]
Please notify us via email if your personal information changes or if there are errors in the records so we can update them; if you believe our data processing activities violate laws or regulations, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant local data regulatory authority. 2.7 Data Retention Period
We retain your personal information only for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes of the service. If laws, regulations, or tax and accounting requirements mandate a longer retention period, we will store the data in accordance with statutory timeframes and securely delete or anonymize it upon expiration.
3.How We Use Collected Information

6.International Users
Our global servers and partner institutions are distributed across multiple countries and regions; your user data may be stored and processed in regions outside your place of residence (including the United States).

If you do not accept the arrangements regarding the cross-border storage and processing of data, please immediately stop using this service and uninstall the App.
7.Sensitive Information
Please do not voluntarily submit any highly sensitive personal information to us via the App, web pages, or customer service channels. Such information includes, but is not limited to: race, ethnicity, political stance, religious beliefs, physical health status, sexual orientation, criminal records, and association or labor union membership.
If you voluntarily upload such sensitive information, we will store it only temporarily and anonymize it as soon as possible; you bear the risk of any information leakage resulting from such actions.
8.Children's Information
Our products are open to adult users of all ages. We do not proactively collect identity information from minors under the age of 13 (or those below the minimum age of consent stipulated by local laws), nor do we permit users in this age group to register accounts or use the service.
If we verify that we have collected personal information from a minor without the written consent of their guardian, we will immediately freeze the corresponding account and permanently delete all retained data.
If you discover that we are storing information regarding a minor, please contact us at [email protected] to address the matter.
